Often life can throw things at us which can be very challenging and difficult to cope with. As a result, we may feel anxious, angry or sad. Often having someone walk alongside us on our journey, and having time and space to process these things can be very useful. If this is where you are at the moment, counselling might be something to think about.
How can I help?
I am experienced in creating a safe space with the people I work with, using an individualised approach that is non-judgemental, empathic and unique to you. This gives you the opportunity to explore the things in life that are troubling you, and gives you the space to make changes and grow.
Please bear in mind that due to current social distancing measuresI am offering counselling sessions via telephone or video calls.
That horrendous chapter of my life is finally closed and I will be forever grateful to John for his patience, compassion and understanding for helping to get me there.
